In this class, you will learn the recipe and techniques to make:

  • Soufflé au Fromage
    Master the technique of a successful soufflé with this savoury cheese version
  • Coq au Vin
    Chicken braised in wine & herbs. Contains alcohol.
  • Crème brûlée
    A rich sweet custard with a caramelized sugar top


A cooking kit will be provided to each paying attendee.
